Information entered in forms (application, contact, callback) is used only to process your request and contact you. It is not passed on to third parties.

The virtual assistant is an artificial intelligence program. Conversations are kept for at most 90 days to improve answers and may be read by institute staff. Do not share passwords or sensitive data in the chat.

Signed-in students allow the assistant to read their own courses, deadlines and grades on the e-learning platform, and only their own.

Under Tunisian personal data protection law, you may ask to access, correct or delete your data by contacting the office.
